Hydro Shield ships automotive protection products across relevant jurisdictions. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier capacity. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall Hydro Shield, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind.
